On his body, Kurt had a few possesions:
1. Two Versateller Cards in his wallet (But the stolen card was never found)
2. $120.00 in cash on the floor
3. $63.00 in his coat pocket
BASIC INFORMATION
Kurt Cobain died Friday April 5, 1994. And his body was found April 8, 1994. In the greenhouse a clean room with balcony doors with no access, one other door with a push and twist lock, meaning anyone could have locked it leaving. The greenhouse is located in or rather above his Lake Washington House, which he purchased in January. Sgt. Cameron said a stool was wedged against the door, and they had to break the window in the door, to get in. But the stool was next to the balchony doors, and he was not barricaded in he was lying in ther middle of the room.
Kurt's licence was taken out of his wallet , so the cop could take a picture, which they took 23 polarids.
A 911 call was placed by a electrician installing lights and motion detectors at 8:56 A.M., he said, "it looked like a hairdresser did his hair it was spread out nice and even."
And he said, "Their was blood coming out of Kurt's right ear.
Courtney Love-Cobain called the electrician Wednesday April 6th. 1994, and told him to start on the lights and motion detectors in the greenhouse.
REHAB
Kurt left the Marina Del Rey California on April 1, 1994 and was later reported missing.
DIVORCE
Kurt was leaving Seattle, and he was also divorcing Courtney Love-Cobain.
Courtney Love-Cobain knew Kurt was going to divorce her, she had said "he can't divorce me, my names are on all the deeds and assets." Which was true and he was still going to, so she asked one of her attorneys to get the "meanest, most vicious divorce lawyer" she could find.
The papers were alreaday processed, which a divorce would be devasting to Courtney. CARNATION PROPERTY
Not much information except:
One is an old weathered cabin with furniture and bedding. The other is a brand new mansion, vacant and unfurnished.
When you look at the picture, Courtney's is on the left, and Kurt's on the right.
CREDIT CARD
Someone was using Kurt's credit card, right up to right before the body was discovered meaning the person, who had it knew the electrician was going to be at the house between 8:00 and 9:30, which he was, and they also knew he would find the body.
DRUGS
Kurt had 3X the lethal dose of herion + he had Diazepam in his body + Cobain's heroin, (morphine), blood level was 1.52 mgs per liter. This would require a minimum injection of 225 mgs of heroin, three times a lethal dose, even for a hardcore heroin +drug addict! Yet he still shot himself in the head. Wouldn't he have been immediately incapacitated? Based on the heroin, (morphine), blood levels found in Kurt Cobain's body, research indicates Kurt Cobain would have been immediately incapacitated. He could not have picked up that shotgun, and he could not have pulled that trigger.
Kurt said himself " Filling the syringe as far as it could go without pulling the end off." Yet he said this he was cleaning his act.
But Courtney still used Heroin, when she was pregnant, though Courtney is clean now.
THE STOOL
The police report said that "Cobain is found in the 19' by 23' greenhouse above the detached double garage. There are stairs on the west side leading to the french door entry and another set of french doors on the east side which lead to a balcony. These doors are unlocked and closed but there is a stool with a box of gardening supplies on it in front of the door." "Levandowski observed that the french doors at the opposite end of the room were blocked by a stool, preventing access." This statement is clearly out of context. Does that last line make any sence, NO. Actually the stool was near the balcony doors, and there is no way to get in the room from the balcony, there is no later, no rail, nothing.
So why did the police tell everyone that, because the detectives had already said it was there and if they changed the story they would look like lyers, that would attract attention, people would see how the Seattle Police Department screwed up, and real cops would be brouhgt in. Cobain had "barricaded" himself inside. Someone must have noticed the police reports didn't reflect the "official myth" and they apparently tried to correct it.
SHOTGUN
Boy do I feel stupid, I had a sload of stuff on the shotgun, like the name, even the serial number but I missplaced it and this is all I have, I do have the picture though, it is a M-110, or something like that, if you remember e-mail me.
The shotgun found at the scene of the crime was purchased way before Cobain left for rehab in Los Angeles, even though it sounded like it was before he fled the rehab as reported by media, that were misinformed. The shotgun was loaded with 3 shells, all the gun could hold, and kept for protection, not for a suicide.
The police claim there was no legible prints on the shotgun, how he handled the gun, before and after rehab and was said to shoot himself, how could there be no legible prints.
Actually the shotgun was not checked for prints until May 6, 1994. As seen in a copy of the police print check:

ALLEGIED SUICIDE NOTE
The note was addressed to Boddah, who was Kurt's imaginary friend as a kid, now why would a suicide note be addressed to an imaginary friend, and not Courtney and Frances. MMM.
The note found at the scene of the crime was immediatly called a suicide note, without proper police testing, and investiagation. The police said "the note found at the scene, was addressed to Kurt's wife Courtney Love-Cobain, and daughter Frances.
Actually only the allegied suicide note had only a small footnote to Courtney and Frances which does not even look like his handwriting. And the note was a note, saying that Kurt was leaving music.
And it was not signed like said by the police, his name was written like the rest of the letter.
When you look at it, which it is in my pictures at the bottom. Notice the line at the bottom... "which will be so much happier without me." The handwriting here appears to consist of thinner lines than the lettering on the rest of the letter. Does that look like Kurt's handwritting, NO. Tom Grant made this copy with the use of Courtney Love's fax machine.The dark lines were caused by folds in the fax paper. Courtney's fax machine also cut off the edges of the note it used to be a 81/2 x 11 sheet of paper.
The original letter was written on a legal size piece of paper. The marking in the upper right-hand corner of the note is a police marking, and the signature at the bottom is by the police captain who received it.
COURTNEY HAD ANOTHER NOTE SHE KEPT FROM EVERYONE Courtney was in possession of a second note after Kurt's body was found. She toild no one about this second note until several months later when information about it slipped out during an interview with Rolling Stone Magazine. The second note, clearly explains or defines, the first note which was found at the scene of Kurt Cobain's death. The second note, from Kurt plainly states he was leaving Courtney... and leaving Seattle. It said nothing about Kurt leaving this life.
THE SAD STORY OF KRISTEN PFAFF
Kristen Pfaff, age twenty-seven died late June 15, 1994, or early June 16, 1994, in her Capitol Hill apartment of a drug overdose. Her last night was spent with the guitarist from Hole, and another musician.
THINK ABOUT IT
The police and the Medical Examiner have no forensic evidence that proves Kurt Cobain's death was a suicide. But, there's a substantial amount and I mean lots of evidence for murder.
ALIBI AND MOVING ON
Courtney had an alibi, she was arrested by the Beverly Hills Police Department for having a perscription pad, and syringes and substances, and paraphernalia thought to be narcotics. This was explained by her attorney as harmless, and she got off right after he was murdered.
After the death Courtney Love did what, greif? NO, she moved to other musicians romantically.
PREVIOUS SUICIDE LYES
The date of the so-called other suicide was March 18, 1994. Courtney said "Kurt tried to commit suicide one month ago."
This was said right after his death. She said that this was in Italy, but his physician in Italy says diffrent.
THE WOUND
The electrician said "there was blood, coming from his right ear, but there was no other blood, and his hair. . . , looked like a hairdresser did it, all nice and neat, evenly parted.
Think about it point blank shotgun blast to the face, only blood from the right ear.
Sgt. Cameron said Kurt was shot in the left temple.
Hello, shotgun, has to hold it to the left side of the head, no ones arm is that long.
The doctor that signed the death certificate, Dr. Reay said "Kurt Cobain was shot in the mouth."
O.K. why no blood, in the mouth, his gums should have at least bled or burned off, but they were not.
There is always an exit wound with such a shot, from a shotgun.
But when questioned about it, Dr. Reay said, something impossible "All the shot stayed in the skull, there was no exit wound."
But Dr. Cyril Wecht, who ia the leading forensic pathologist in the United States, said "there is always an exit wound." To find out more Dr. Wecht works in L.A. County, look for some of his papers, or ask him personally. Which is quite hard since he is such a busy man.

One or maybe the first, I don't know I lost Tom's first 3 pages, but Tom drove Courtney and her friend Kat Bjelland to the Carnation Property, they got lost, and Tom said it was deleibrate so Eric Erlandson could plant evidence, (i.e., sleeping bag, cigarette butts, and some soda cans in the new house, and a syringe in the old cabin.) To explain, on the property there are two homes, one for each personality. One for Kurt an old cabin, with beat up furniture. And one brand new mansion unfurnished, for Courtney. In Kurts home there were five dead rats floating in the toilet, you know no one has been here in a while.
Courtney told Tom Grant to get Dylan Carlson, Kurt's best friend, from the airport. She told him to do this at 11:30 P.M. on April 6th.
The night Dylan arrived Tom and Dylan checked a apartment on Capitol Hill and a hotel on Aurora Strip, where Kurt stayed time to time. While out looking Dylan told Tom that he had helped Kurt purchase a shotgun after leaving rehab, and that the shotgun was bought only for protection.
On Thursday April 7th. 2:15 A.M., a day before Kurt was found, Tom and Dylan pulled up to the lake Washington house. Dylan got out and checked the house, remember Kurt has been dead for over 24 hours when Dylan checked, why did he not go upstairs and check the greenhouse. Well Dylan left and came back 5-6 min. later, and told tom that there was no one in the house.
Thursday night at At 9:45 P.M. it was storming, and Tom and Dylan went to the Lake Washington house, it was so rainy Tom did not notice the greenhouse. Cali left a note for Kurt which Tom found it said:
"Kurt- I can't believe you managed to be in this house without me noticing. You're a fuckin asshole for not calling Courtney & at least letting her know your ok. She's in a lot of pain Kurt, and this morning she had another "accident" and now she's in the hospital again. She's your wife & she loves you & you have a child together. Get it together to at least tell her your o.k. or she's going to die. It's not fair man. DO SOMETHING NOW."

Friday morning while getting gas, Dylan made a phone call and came back and told Tom that they found a body at the Lake Washington house. tom turned on the radio they found out it was Kurt, they also found out he was in the greenhouse. tom unknowing about the greenhouse aked
Dylan, "What's the Greenhouse?"
Dylan answered, "A room above the garage."
Then Tom asked, "Why didn't we check when we were their yesterday?"
Dylan then told him, Ohhhhh, because it's a dirty, little room, I think they keep lumber or something there."
Dylan later told reporters, "For all the times I'd been there, I didn't even realize there was a room above associated with the house."
Other Information You should Know:
1. Courtney thought Kurt was with Katlin, who is the drug dealer on Capitol Hill.
2. Katlin was in jail for drug charges, Courtney knew this but still made Tom search.
3. Micheal Dewitt took care of Frances, for Courtney Love and Kurt, and he is known to forge things i.e. footnote of the suicide note.
